Immediate Hiring - Corporate Lawyer

Manages SEC registration, BIR tax problems, and legal documentation for corporations.
Keep updated on fintech legislation, including consumer protection, AML restrictions, data privacy, and electronic transactions.
Advise on Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and NPC compliance to ensure the company's data gathering and processing meet the highest privacy and security standards.
Provide strategic guidance on risk minimization, conflict resolution, and company litigation.
Strategically advise management on company initiatives, product launches, and financial operations as a legal partner.
Suggest fintech, digital platform, and other business model mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
Skills requirements: Juris Doctor degree or any equivalent law degree
5 years experience in SEC, BIR and NPC
5 years experience in Corporate law in financial or lending industry
5 years experience in Fintech regulations
5 years experience in Corporate governance and compliance
Willing to work in Parañaque City
