Bollore Logistics Asia Pacific is seeking a IFFO - SeaFreight Specialist (FCL Import) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and finding effective solutions to meet customer needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities: • Monitoring of daily incoming shipments that should include correctness and completeness of documentation ( Permit, licenses,…), rates (selling and costing),customs clearance deliveries
• Monitor the CW1 dashboard
• Ensuring that all shipments are registered in CW1 prior arrival
• Monitoring correctness of information in CW1 ( weight, routing details, references, …. )
• Securing valid QM/OSG prior the arrival of shipments
• Securing SOP prior handling of shipment
• Requesting PV for Freight Collect accounts / Arrange payment of local charges
• Securing of DN (Debit Note) from origin if any
• Assuring that supplier SOA are updated and paid on time that includes shipping lines, brokers and truckers
• Ensuring that the team is making prompt payment on time with shipping lines, freight forwarders and port operators
• Validating the CDT (Customs Duty and Tax) prior sending to COS
• On time truck booking request to Transport team (at least 2 days prior the delivery date) via CW1
• Making sure that deposit slip for OR request is turn over to Seafreight Operation Support Specialist
• Ensuring that the delivery of shipments is within the KPI (3 days for SGL and 5-7 working days for Non-SGL)
• On time securing of CRO/DO from the carriers
• Close coordination with COS and Sales for the status of shipments
• Attending to Broker /Consignee's inquiry
• On time submission of documents to Billers
• Monitoring of billing for shipments that includes completeness, accuracy and timeliness
• Monitoring of KPIs that includes speed of closing, speed of invoicing, JIA discrepancy, Missing JIA and credit notes, events updating
• Uploading of shipping documents and entry docs including the POD and supplier's billing in CW1 edocs
• Accomplish the workflow and task in CW1
• On-time response via email and teams
• Attend the task assigned on time
• Monitoring of re-entry for SGL accounts
• Ensure all claims are log in Claims Logsheet
• Control detention and demurrage risk
• Back up for other team members
Requirements Qualification and Experience Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Customs Admin, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent Has minimum of three (3) years working experience on Freight Forwarding/Logistics Industry Knowledgable in Customs, E2M, manifest preparation Possesses strong communication abilities. Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel Availability to work extended hours, if needed. Benefits WHAT WE OFFER
