About the Job: An International Freight Forwarding Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling freight forwarding services to potential clients, managing existing client relationships, and achieving revenue & gross profit targets. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient movement of goods across international borders. Scope & Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients in need of international freight forwarding services.Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.Negotiate pricing and service agreements to secure new business.Continuously research and stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.Address client needs and provide solutions that ensure client satisfaction.Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely cargo shipments.Monitor shipments and provide clients with real-time updates.Resolve any logistical issues or delays that may arise during transportation.Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client records.
