About the role

This role will be responsible to support IE core activities

What you will do
- PMOS Capacity to support analyzing capacities and other requirements
- Drives OEE improvement as support as continuous KPI
- Responsible for PMOS capacity assessments and what-ifs scenarios inclusive all major areas and support stations
- Responsible on supporting PMOS P&B run thru provision of data to Finance
- Updates PMOS UPH, capacity profile/model
- Cost comparison study
- Headcount Planning (HC budget, IDL/DL HC alignment) and actual monitoring
- Project Management - Initiate and drive projects
- Labor Productivity
- Product Costing (PCA)
- Capacity/MOOI
- Automation Projects

What you will need
- Must be Industrial Engineering graduate or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
- Preferably 1year experienced Employee specialized in Industrial Engineering in a manufacturing company (preferably semicon company)
- Excellent communication skills both in written and oral
- Experience with different IE tools, i.e.
Time study, process and motion analysis to optimize process, MS office and expense analysis, plan layout, establishing working standards
- Knowledgeable in Lean manufacturing practices and tools
- Must be analytical and problem solver
- Team Player/Team Leader
- Open for constructive feedback from Managers/co-employees
- Willing to share knowledge and technique to group members
