Job DescriptionJoin our Identity Management Team as a User Access Management Specialist, where you will play a key role in processing and executing user access management activities for both internal and external clients across financial applications and directory services.This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, complex international environment that is both stimulating and supportive. As a dedicated team player, you will ensure that access provisioning follows defined procedures and security policy principles.We offer a structured career path with opportunities for horizontal growth and increased responsibilities within the realm of identity management and identity governance and administration.Your key tasksServe as an identity administrator for daily operational tasks.Ensure all requests are properly authorized before execution.Execute daily user profile and security functions for critical banking services.Perform control activities as outlined in the authorization management process. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.Fluent in English, both written and verbal.Proven experience in user management.Strong communication and client service skills.Knowledge of the Avaloq Core Platform is an advantage but not required.
