We are looking for IAM Operations Engineers , who will be responsible for operating an IAM solution, which is based on SailPoint IdentityIQ. You will work closely together with the entire Operational Team, who besides you, consist of a System Architect, System Manager and a handful of Operation Specialists.
Your Responsibilities You will apply your skills and dedication in order to make sure the IAM system is running smoothly. You will be part of the team that the rest of the organization turn to, when there are IAM related issues that needs to be prioritized and handled.
You will be handling tickets where you will be involved in troubleshooting within issues and problems, and ensuring all requests are handled. There will be a constant focus on training and developing your skills.
As an Operations Engineer your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Be the IAM first and Single Point of Contact toward our colleagues and customers Handling and documenting IAM related tickets/incidents and service requests Prioritization of and follow-up of tasks according to the relevant Service Level Agreement (SLA) Forward/Escalate requests to other teams if necessary Documentation management (document processes and procedures, update of existing documentation) Ensure compliance with the relevant procedures Assist the Operations Team with specific tasks on a need basis Qualifications and experience You can be experienced within IT, or you can be looking to kick-start your career within IT security. You will however need to have a technical background, with some experience working with IT systems. We are looking for persons that are passionate about IT security, IAM and comfortable tackling complex IT security related issues. Most of the work require sound technical knowledge as well as a flair for communication and coordination.

· A relevant degree within IT, or Engineering
· Experience with IAM
· Experience with Sailpoint IdentityIQ · Experience as operations engineer / service desk
· Experience with Active Directory
· The ability to prioritize and execute on tasks in a busy working environment
· Being a team player
· Have a troubleshooting mindset
· The ability to communicate clearly with relevant stakeholders
· Curiosity and willingness to learn new skills
· Fluent in English
