Identity Access Management (Iam) Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IAM solutions to ensure appropriate access controls and security measures are in place.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices. - Monitor and analyze access logs, user activity, and security events to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Provide training and support to end users on IAM tools and best practices for managing their access rights and credentials.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to strengthen IAM security controls.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure Identity Access Management (IAM) policies are aligned with the organization's business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Knowledgeable in Identity & Access Management (I&AM).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 2 years of experience in IAM or related field;
- Base understanding of IAM security framework, principles, and technologies.
- Experience in managing cloud-based platforms.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Should have at least 3 years of experience in Identity Access Management (I&AM).
