Summary: As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for applying security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets, and people. Your daily tasks will revolve around utilizing Identity Access Management (IAM) techniques to secure information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes from potential cyber threats.
Roles & Responsibilities: Design and implement IAM solutions to ensure appropriate access controls and security measures are in place. Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Monitor and analyze access logs, user activity, and security events to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities. Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and applications. Provide training and support to end users on IAM tools and best practices for managing their access rights and credentials. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to strengthen IAM security controls. Collaborate with other teams to ensure Identity Access Management (IAM) policies are aligned with the organization's business objectives. Job Qualifications: Professional & Technical Skills:
Required Skill: Knowledgeable in Identity & Access Management (I&AM). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 2 years of experience in IAM or related field; Base understanding of IAM security framework, principles, and technologies. Experience in managing cloud-based platforms. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Should have at least 3 years of experience in Identity Access Management (I&AM). Location: Manila/Cebu
