Ict Operations Support Specialist

The main purpose of this position is to assist the CTO/CIO on the day-to-day matters of the operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide ICT support and maintenance to our offices and clients.
Provide internal and external user support as needed.
Responsible for all software, hardware, network, security related matters.
Coordinate with our ICT partners, vendors and suppliers.
Conducts ICT-related research and development.
Participate and support ICT Projects assigned.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ICT projects..

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years ICT experience
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence within the organization
Self-motivated, dynamic, "can-do" attitude with an initiative to work autonomously to drive results
Willing to Work Onsite in Taguig
