**Main Responsibilities**:- Assemble, install, configure, deploy and maintain desktops, servers, printers, network equipment and other ICT related machines- Ensure the number of spares as needed- Perform daily, weekly, monthly backups and archives- Perform random file / database restore to ensure that the backup file is good- Provides first level support to all departments- Escalates end-user's major and urgent issues and concerns to his/her immediate superior- Conducts regular preventive maintenance of all ICT related equipment- Assists in evaluating needed ICT equipment based on the agreed design of a project- Assists suppliers in proof-of-concept activity / installation for ICT infrastructure- Assist in the feasibility study up to deployment of a project- Performs daily checking and monitoring of bandwidth (LAN/WAN), servers and other ICT related equipment- Ensures that all software or programs used by the organization are licensed copy- Conducts audit of installed software / systems on end user's computer- Coordinate records of disposal and transmittal of ICT equipment to other sites as needed- Archives important files, systems and database- Assists in the in the preparation of documents required for internal and external audit- Daily update of ICT Operations documents, such as Inventory, Daily Tasks / Job Orders, Daily Checklist, logs of backup and maintenance and others- Perform any responsibilities directed by his/her superior**Minimum Qualifications**:- A graduate of BSIT, Computer Engineering, ECE, BS Computer Science or any ICT related course- Knowledgeable in basic computer hardware- Knowledgeable in virtual environment- Knowledgeable in network security- Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities - With good written and oral communication skills- Able to physically work at the Head Office in BGC, Taguig City as requiredSchedule:- Monday to Friday
