Responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders are informed on the status of the queries, issues, and concerns by collecting necessary and relevant information
Designs, maintains, and improves reports and dashboards to help generate meaningful insights Manages overall data from a variety of sources Develops, and automates queries and scripts for process improvements Performs special projects and quantitative analyses on data for trends and patterns Present findings to the stakeholders Prepares and provides accurate and timely reports Assist other functions with data needs and technical concerns Learning with Others: 20% Coaching and Mentorship Session Buddy system Classroom Training: 10% Skills & Competency-based classroom training session How to be successful in HYPE?
