Hydroelectric Power Plant Manager

QUALIFICATION
- Willing to be assigned at TAFT EASTERN SAMAR
- Licensed Electrical Engineer with background in operating and maintaining a hydroelectric plant, preferably with at least 5 years experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruits, Hires and Train an operating and maintenance team
- Supervises the maintenance and operations of the power plant and monitors worker to keep a steady stream of electricity to the off-taker
- Check that all equipment in the facility is up-to-date and performing to government and industry standards
- Reports directly to Top Management
