Human Resources Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY: The HR Supervisor is responsible in implementing and monitoring of HR services such as timekeeping, issuance of contracts, employee benefits, incentive programs, company events, disciplinary actions, and training programs. He/she provides employee counseling and information for basic HR policies, processes and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcomes newly hired employees deployed on sites by conducting initial orientation and tour. Coordinates with head office HR for implementing various HR functions such as timekeeping, issuance of contracts, employee benefits, incentive programs, company events, disciplinary actions, and training programs. Coordinates with HR staffs and managers at the head office for updates and alignment of HR service. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any related course. With at least 5 years' work experience in Human Resources, 3 years in a Supervisory role. Background in construction industry is a plus. Willing to work in Paranaque City (on-site). Okay with project-based employment.
