Human Resources Supervisor

Implements and otherwise ensure proper implementation within the mall or branch level, all processes and procedures derived from policies and guidelines, plans and programs, as well as, enunciated strategic directions that impact on Human Resource administration and operations within the areas of recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits, personnel and labor relations, organizational development, training, performance management and other related human resource functions in order to provide and achieve appropriate and productive working relationships among management and its employees within the mall, and within the limits provided by corporate guidelines, local ordinances and the Labor Laws or Code.
**Educational and Experience Requirements**:
> With at least 3 years experience in Human Resources Management
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Philosophy, Psychology, or any related course
- Skills in handling people and supervising them to accomplish specific HR tasks.
Knowledge in some recruitment processes, compensation and benefits processes or employee relations related work.
- Above average writing skills and has above average presentation skills
- Observable behavior in being analytical and a critical thinker
- Possess high interpersonal skills
- Willing to be assigned in Rosario, Cavite-
