JOB SUMMARY: The HR Specialist's responsibilities include identifying and connecting with potential candidates for technology and non-tech positions, screening applications, and collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements. Ultimately, this role will be responsible for the full lifecycle HR and recruitment process from requisition through onboarding candidates for various positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
This role will work closely with Human Resources Business Partner APAC, and relevant stakeholders while contributing to the HR services, resourcing needs, and long-term goals of EasyEquities Philippines and Purple Group.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Discussing and establishing qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment with hiring managers. Sourcing for candidates for a wide variety of technology and non-tech positions, using the company's sourcing tools and external sourcing and niche platforms. Reviews resume, credentials, and qualifications for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge of candidates in relation to position requirements. Conducts pre-screening interviews with candidates. Coordinates scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Performs administrative tasks to complete candidates' pre-employment and onboarding process. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings. Data management & reporting. Help ensure continuous alignment and improvement of HR processes and practices across the organization. Recommend, support, and collaborate with HRBP for process development, review, and enhancement, in compliance with local and international legislations, whenever applicable. Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time by HRBP. Facilitate employment data change life cycle (onboarding, job changes, competency/training, requirements, off-boarding, and other HR-specified tasks. COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES: Good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process. Strong familiarity with handling HR and recruitment processes for financial and technology organizations. Familiarity with the latest programming languages and the technology landscape is a plus. Ability to find and use niche recruiting sources and networks to identify and source candidates. Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and local employment laws and regulations. Hands-on experience with job sites including but not limited to LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and Indeed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct pre-screening questionnaires. Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage competing priorities and maintain quality service delivery when working under pressure. Respect for confidential information obtained internally and externally. A collaborative approach to building professional relationships and working within a team to contribute to the team objectives. Sense of urgency and ability to assess and meet priorities through good time management coupled with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently where required. Tactful and discrete when dealing with people with the flexible ability to adapt to a changing environment while dealing with some ambiguity.
