About the Job: As a Human Resources Specialist, you will support various HR functions including HRIS, benefits administration, compensation management, and employee engagement initiatives. Your role will involve ensuring accurate HR data management, optimizing benefits programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Scope & Responsibilities: Support HR functions including HRIS, benefits administration, compensation management, and employee engagement initiatives.Manage HR data accurately and optimize benefits programs.Foster a positive workplace culture and handle various HR-related activities.Leverage experience in BPO setups to oversee payroll, time-keeping, and other HR facets.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development or relevant work experienceAt least 1 to 2 years of related work experience in HRIS, Benefits, Compensation & EngagementStrong initiative, detail-oriented, and results-orientedGood communication skills, both written and oral in EnglishWilling to work on a mid-shift schedule (3pm - 12am) or night shift schedule (7pm -4am, 9pm - 6am)Willing to work in Market! Market!
