Human Resources Officer

Job Description:

- Supervises the recruitment and selection process of applicants for completion of vacant position in the company.
- Supervises implementing the benefit programs for all employees.
- Develops HR Department programs and systems that will improve industrial relations and sustain industrial peace.
- Implements labor relations policies, procedures and preparation of objective evidences during the process.
- Provides mentoring and coaching to HR team members to help create expertise in their respective field.
- Conducts regular counselling to employees and monitors incident reports.
- Supervises implementing the benefit programs for all employees.
- Oversees different facets of HR.
Qualifications:

- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, systematic and detail-oriented.
- Must be willing to work in Alaminos, Laguna.
- Licensed Psychometrician is a plus.
