Human Resources Officer

Job responsibilities: Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening -resumes, and conducting interviews. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching. Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees. Administer timekeeping and payroll Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Support HR projects and initiatives as needed. Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. 2+ years of experience in HR roles. Strong understanding of HR principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
