Responsibilities: Manage HRD functions such as recruitment, employee training & development, compensation & benefits administration, and employee & labor relations.Ensure that the company is competitive in relation to training, compensation, and benefit packages. Ensure that the company maintains and develops the best peopleResponsible for creating and maintaining a good working environment for employees.Assist the Company to achieve operating budget in revenue and gross revenue. Adhere to the budget objectives and guidelines as approved by the Board of Directors.Analyze and control overheads and/or expenditures to conform to budgetary RequirementsEnsure that all policies and procedures are in accordance with Philippine law Ensure that the Company follows salary and benefit packages and payment in accordance with law.Attend to internal and external meetings as required.Ensure timely submission of reports and proposals as required.
