Job Requirements:
• Be a regular presence on the production floor and actively interacts with the employees to make sure they are engaged in productive work. Daily connects with the employees, building trust and honest communication
• Conducts employee focus group discussions on a daily basis. Penetrates and seeks general feedback from the employees and provides a summary report of the discussions with closures
• To provide approachable and professional support to the employees. The EE Partner should be well-versed with Company policies and procedures to address employee concerns without delay
• To act as a Buddy Support to newly hired employees. Engages with them on a regular basis during their training and nesting periods thereby promoting positive employee experience
• Involve in the conceptualization, planning, and execution of activities to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
• Events logistics and vendor coordination, source potential partners for Everise privileges program (revive)
• Perform administrative functions to the team – distribution of birthday cards, certificates, etc.
• Responsible for conducting regular cascade sessions on Company Policies and Processes
• Accountable for reporting Employee relation cases to the ER team and works closely with them on the employee cases/all investigations

Knowledge: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience: 3-5 years' experience in the field of Human Resources
