Human Resources Intern

Job Responsibilities:- Sourcing for Managers, Directors, CEOs... (Executive Search) and rank and file positions- Job Posting- Screen resumes and application forms- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates- Conducts Phone Interviews- Set an Interview schedules with the Lead- Assist CEO with the Interviews in coordination with the HR Lead- Prepare HR-related reports as needed- Compile Confidential Documents in coordination with the HR Lead- Assists to the HR Lead on sourcing and recruitment- Orient new onboard interns- Creates e-banners (if needed)Requirements:- Must be taking a course of BS in Psychology or Human Resources Management or similar field- Familiarity with MS Office and With Laptop- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting- Basic knowledge of labor legislation- Excellent communication skills- Organizational skills- Willing to have OJT work fully on site- With laptop
