(Executive Search) and rank and file positionsJob PostingScreen resumes and application formsSchedule and confirm interviews with candidatesConducts Phone InterviewsSet an Interview schedules with the LeadAssist CEO with the Interviews in coordination with the HR LeadPrepare HR-related reports as neededCompile Confidential Documents in coordination with the HR LeadAssists to the HR Lead on sourcing and recruitmentOrient new onboard internsCreates e-banners (if needed) Requirements: Must be taking a course of BS in Psychology or Human Resources Management or similar fieldFamiliarity with MS Office and With LaptopGood understanding of full-cycle recruitingBasic knowledge of labor legislationExcellent communication skillsOrganizational skillsWilling to have OJT work fully on siteWith laptop
