Human Resources Information Systems Strategist

The Global HRIS Senior Manager ensures the delivery, implementation, and maintenance of the end-to-end human capital management (HCM) roadmap of Global HR balancing the strategic and operational needs, the requirements of the business, and the employee experience.
He/ She provides strategic and operational focus on the HR systems by initiating and supporting process improvement and efficiency of HR operations and managing all system functionality and system integration of HR systems.
He/ She partners closely with business and HR Leaders, Business Technology and Internal Control, and other functions to build the systems infrastructure required to collect and analyze HR data, offer actionable analysis and reporting to leaders, and interfaces with HR and other business functions to enable them to meet their business objectives through data and analytics.
This role will also be responsible for developing predictive analytics that will compel specific business decisions.
