We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of HR Director. This individual will be responsible for supervising and providing consultation to management on strategic staffing, compensation, benefits, training and development, budgeting, and labor relations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multitask, strong organizational and leadership abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work under minimal supervision. Previous BPO experience is required.
HR Operations
Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics. Serve as the main administrator of the HRIS database. Supervise HR personnel and provide guidance. Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards. Develop and update manuals, policies, and procedures. Strategically assess the effectiveness of current programs in achieving organizational objectives and develop recommendations for modifications to align with HR strategy and business goals. Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices. Support other projects and perform additional tasks as assigned. Act as company representative to processing of documents with government agencies, such as BIR, SSS, Philhealth & PAG-IBIG Fund.  Be a critical part of the high touch, 'white glove' employee experience including conducting periodic employee check-ins  Conduct research, devise plans, coordinate with Executive Management and support the implementation of corporate strategies for a variety of HR matters such as staffing, compensation & benefits, talent & succession planning, learning & development, employee engagement, health & safety, and other relevant facets of HR.  Develop and update manuals, policies, and procedures  Strategically assess the effectiveness of current programs in achieving organizational objectives; identify best practices and benchmarks; and develop recommendations for modifications to align to HR strategy and business goals Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices  Support other projects and perform other tasks as assigned EMPLOYEE RELATIONS 
Supervise HR personnel and provide guidance. Act as the point of contact for employment relations and labor-related communications. Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards. Deal with terminations, as well as grievances and violations requiring disciplinary action. Anticipate and resolve litigation risks. Be a critical part of the high-touch, 'white glove' employee experience, including conducting periodic employee check-ins. Develop and implement employee relations strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization's goals and values. Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, complaints, and concerns, ensuring they are resolved promptly and in line with company policies and applicable laws. Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, ensuring fairness, impartiality, and compliance with legal requirements. Advise and train leaders on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and assist with any related legal matters. Proactively identify potential employee relations issues and develop strategies to prevent or mitigate them. Facilitate and participate in employee relations training programs, workshops, and meetings to promote understanding and awareness of company policies and procedures. Monitor and analyze key employee relations metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and employee engagement, and recommend improvement initiatives based on the findings. Work with those responsible for leadership training to integrate engagement concepts into existing and future leaders' training so that strong leaders become the primary conduit for increasing engagement. Develop a survey process and metrics to track employee and consultant engagement progress at both a company-wide and team level. During the survey cycle, partner with organization leaders and service teams to ensure effective administration of the survey. Serve as a subject matter expert on survey results. After the survey cycle, produce both global and local reports that help the company and individual teams track progress and create actions that drive positive employee engagement. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and changes in employment laws to ensure the organization remains compliant and maintains a competitive employee relations strategy. Degree in Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or related field Minimum 5 years' experience as HR Director or Head of HR BPO experience preferred Strong knowledge of labor laws and employee relations best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated conflict resolution and mediation experience Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Proven ability to build positive working relationships Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills Full understanding of HR functions and management principles Effective HR administration and people management skills Exposure to payroll practices Ability to establish credibility and build strong relationships Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite Familiarity with HRIS platforms like BambooHR, and other platforms like, Monday.com, Bonusly, Workable, Deputy, ADP systems. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Fluent in English, both verbal and written Self-motivated team player with strong prioritization skills Flexible and adaptable to changing responsibilities Positive attitude and strong ability to multitask OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Strong verbal communication skills Quick learner and able to develop subject matter skills Being able to manage multiple projects at the same time Available for scheduled and ad-hoc calls/meetings/chats during weekdays working Quiet workspace, conducive to video meetings & calls Access to a reliable high-speed Internet connection; at least 25MBPS.
