Stay updated on labor law and HR best practices to ensure compliance.The Successful Applicant A Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with HR certifications preferred.A minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role within the technology or IT services sector.Proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies that align with business goals.Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of driving change and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor legislation, and talent management strategies, particularly within the IT services industry.Proven track record of managing a Human Resources department for companies of 2,000 to 3,000 FTEs.Act as a consultant and advisor to business units, offering insights and solutions on people-related matters that affect the business's bottom line and operational efficiency.A deep commitment to understanding the nuances of the business and the industry at large.
