It is highly imperative that applicants for the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role possess the following requirements to ensure that he/she is able to meet the demands of the position: A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any other equivalent degree; At least five (5) years of experience in general HR functions, such as, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Labor Relations, Business Partnering, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, etc. Communications is key, candidate must be able to express himself/herself in English both written and verbal; Skilled in Talent Acquisition, you can either have experience in recruiting or coordinating manpower requirements with internal clients and the sourcing/recruiting team. If you are knowledgeable in technical recruiting that will be great! It is preferred but not required; Skilled in Business Partnering, you got to have the experience in dealing with the demands of internal clients, knowledgeable in managing concerns related to business needs, employee performance, management performance, labor advisory, discipline management, exit interviews, career counselling, grievance management etc. Competency in Employee Relations – best if you have people skills and the ability to think on your feet as to what action plan would assuage any pressing concerns the employees may be going through in order to increase employee engagement and motivation; Knowledgeable in Labor Relations. It's a fact that the candidate must be knowledgeable with the Labor Code of the Philippines; Understanding of Compensation and Benefits, such as, compensation practice, benefits administration and basic payroll computation is preferred but not required; Additional qualifications that should be considered is of course the ability of the candidate to adapt to the demands of the business, results-oriented, has a strong drive to make a difference, collaborative, team player, resilient, dependable, has a keen eye on details, his/her planning, organizing and execution skills are well polished, and lastly, can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
