Human Resources Business Partner

We are urgently hiring HRBPs who are amenable to work in Pasig City.

Requirements:
- BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or related area
- MSc degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus
- At least 5 years of proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software
- Solid understanding of labor legislation
- Excellent communication abilities
- Leadership skills
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations
