Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities: Leads in the delivery of HR services in a timely and efficient manner to the onsite customers Oversees implementation of HR policies and processes Reviews and proposes necessary changes or improvements to HR policies, systems, standards, and processes as needed.Manages labor/employee relations issues, activities, and programs in the plant or functionManages employee engagement activities and action plansManages the implementation of recruitment, selection, and staffing activities in the plant or functionManages the implementation of learning and development activities in the plant or functionManages the implementation of the performance management process and succession planning activities in the plant or functionProvides coaching to employees to better understand the importance of workplace safety and provides support in furthering the health and safety culture in the company.Requirements: Must be a college graduate, preferably in Behavioral Science, Industrial Psychology, or Business ManagementMust have at least five (5) years of experience performing various HR functions, with a focus on Employee and Labor Relations Must have at least three (3) years of experience in a supervisory function
