HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER Location: IT Park, Cebu
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PH Time
Arrangement: Onsite, Full Time

About this role…
Support and deliver the HR functions of the client. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and team leaders to support the commercial growth of the company and any department-specific business objectives. Develop and promote people and culture initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and encourage the retention of great talent.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes including induction, and exit interviews liaising with other departments to ensure a seamless experienceMaintaining employee records and HRIS, providing reporting on data as requiredFirst point of contact for any HR queries or concerns in the PhilippinesConduct, assist and coach disciplinary, performance management and termination processes and proceduresUpdating HR-related policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislationOrganising employee training and development opportunitiesThe above list is not exhaustive, and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.
Qualifications / Skills: Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years in a similar role)Sound knowledge of local employment legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements, and the ability to interpret and apply legislation to complex HR mattersExcellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsDemonstrated experience in providing HR advice and assistance across the full employment lifecycle, preferably in a SME contextWell organised and disciplined, accomplished at getting things doneCommercially focused with a genuine passion for building great businessesWhat's in it for you?
