Maintain data accuracy and integrity, including data entry and updates. Analyze data to identify trends, correlations, and insights. Generate regular reports and dashboards for decision-making. Integrate data from various sources and create visualizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training programs. Integrate data from various sources, such as HR systems, learning management systems (LMS), and surveys, to create a comprehensive view of learning and development activities.
