Duties and Responsibilities: Post job advertisement to different job job portals. Source candidates and endorse them to the hiring department. Assist and schedule candidates based on the availability of the interviewers. Send Job Offer to successful candidates. Check and collect pre-employment requirements of successful candidates. In charge for the orientation of new employees. Assist with onboarding of new employees by coordinating with different departments. In charge in the offboarding of employees. Organize and safekeep the 201 files of employees (soft and hard copy). Other task that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior. Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related course. at least 1 year work experience as HR Assistant Good communication skills can adapt in fast-paced work environment Note: Successful applicant will be deployed by November 2023 Benefits of working as a Human Resources Assistant in Quezon City:
