Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at Cindys Bakery & Restaurant. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and principles Experience in HR management and administration Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Knowledge of benefits administration processes Ability to conduct training for employees Strong organizational and time management skills Great attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Relevant certification or degree in Human Resources or related field
