Human Resources Analytics Lead

As a Human Resources Analytics Lead , you will be a key individual contributor in our HR team. You will leverage your expertise in Excel, PowerBI, and other business analytics tools to drive data-driven decision making in our HR processes.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights that will drive improvements in HR practices. Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and metrics using Excel, PowerBI, and other business analytics tools. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their data needs and provide solutions. Ensure data integrity by performing regular data audits and cleaning. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as a subject matter expert in HR data and analytics. Develop and maintain advanced HR reports, dashboards, and metrics using analytics tools. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a HR Analyst or similar role. Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and other business analytics tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
