Job Description:
1.Participating in recruitment activities such as job fair, campus recruitment etc.
3.
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process

4.Responsible in collecting pre-employment information

5.
Preparing new employee files

6.
Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment

7.
Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records

8.
Answering and addressed employee questions

9.
Act as training coordinator, update employees training record, assessment and evaluation.
10.
Other task may be assigned.
Job Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related courses

2.Preferably knowledgeable in different facets of HR

4.
Above average verbal and written communication skills

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Santo Tomas, Batangas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
