Human Resource Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Reports to the HR Manager.
- Will handle day-to-day Human Resource functions including Recruitment of farm personnel, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, and other tasks that may be assigned.
**Requirements**:

- Graduate of BS Psychology or any related courses;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
- Work experience as HR generalist is an advantage;
- The assignment will be in Bukidnon
- Willing to "STAY IN"
- Fresh graduates are welcome to **APPLY**

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
