Our CEO is at the forefront of driving innovation and excellence in our field, and we are looking for a highly skilled and proactive HR Specialist/Executive Personal Assistant to support them in their daily activities and strategic initiatives.
About the Role
The Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO will be a key partner in ensuring the CEO's time is managed effectively, critical tasks are prioritized, and the overall efficiency of the office is enhanced. This role requires a high level of discretion, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions and supporting our employees in all aspects of their work experience. As an HR Specialist, you will handle various HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will also have the opportunity to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with our company's goals.
About You
To excel in this role, you need:
Proven work experience as an Executive PA/HR Specialist
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
