HR Service Delivery Manager Location: Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3Shift Schedule: Morning ShiftRest Day: Weekends offQualifications:Experience Required in:HR Core or HR Operations OR HR Outsourcing experience is a must.Global Payroll experience of more than 12 years (Australia and Chile are larger countries and domain expertise will be preferred in these first followed by the US, Canada, UK, APAC (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines), etc.)SAP ERP knowledge of the HR Payroll moduleThorough understanding of employee life cycle, employee data change transactions, and Payroll processing till compliance reporting & submissionWorked in a Global Multi-country environment.Prior Managerial experience in handling teams sizes of more than 70 FTEsPrior experience working on Payroll Outsourcing and shared services.Knowledge of end-to-end pre-, Post, and Payroll processing activities including but not limited to - understanding upstream and downstream activities
