Details of the offer

A. OVERSEE RECRUITMENT AND HIRING PROCESS.

B. ASSIST IN PROCESSING HR PAPERWORK.

C. HELPING OUT TO FACILITATE ANY OF THE COMPANY'S EVENTS, TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENTS.

D. ENSURES EMPLOYEES COMPLIANCE WITH COMPANY RULES AND PERTINENT TO CONTENTS OF THE COMPANY'S CODE OF DISCIPLINE.

E. HELPING OUT WITH THE HR HEAD IN CONDUCTING CASE INVESTIGATION; PREPARE DOCUMENTATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CORRECTIVE/ DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS.

F. PREPARE AND ISSUES DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS, CONTRACTS, LABOR RELATED NOTICES AND PAPERS.

G. RESPONSIBLE FOR ISSUANCE OF EMPLOYEE CONTRACT (EMPLOYMENT, CAR, TRAINING BOND, ETC)

H. RELEASING OF MEMORANDUM (OFFICE MEMO, DISCIPLINARY)

I. ASSISTS IN DOCUMENTING / MONITORING OF EMPLOYEE ACTION NOTICE, OUTGOING DOCUMENTS AND PROCESS OF THE DEPARTMENT.

J. HANDLING WORKPLACE INVESTIGATIONS, DISCIPLINARY, AND TERMINATION PROCEDURES.

K. MAINTAINING EMPLOYEE AND WORKPLACE PRIVACY/ CONFIDENTIALITY.

L. ASSISTS IN DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING HR STRATEGIES AND INITIATIVES, SYSTEMS, TACTICS, PROCEDURES ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION ALIGNED WITH THE OVERALL BUSINESS STRATEGY.

Job Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development management or any business related course.

*Experience as an HR Officer, HR Specialist, or HR Assistant is an advantage but fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

*Knowledgeable of various HR functions such as compensation & benefits, recruitment, training & development, Employee Relations and Legal.

*Outstanding organizational skill, people skill and time management skills.

*Proficient in MS Office Application.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*Good problem solving and decision making skills.

*Strong ethical standards and keen to details.
