**Qualifications and Experience**
- University degree or relevant industry qualification
- Up to 3 year's experience in a similar role
- Can support busy HR function in mid-tier business
- Has a strong background in recruitment, onboarding and employee records management
- Understands (or can quickly familiarise with) Australian workplace legislation and regulations
- General HR administration

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Transactional HR
- Recruitment and employee-brand activities
- Drafting employment contracts, schedules and offer packs
- Onboarding and remote inductions
- HR policy and procedure review, including maintain employee handbook
- Annual data privacy internal audit in accordance with OIC guidelines
- Coordinating annual performance appraisal cycle
- Managing and maintaining the employee records system in Employment Hero
- Informing and ensuring appropriate documentation for any disciplinary matters
- Maintaining delegations and authorities register
- Coordinating training and development activities, and maintaining training records
- Preparing annual diversity and inclusion report
- Conducting annual staff engagement survey
- Alternate or other duties as directed by the Chief Operating Officer
- Reviewing and managing the employee assistance program
- Offboarding and employee finalisation as required

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary

- Angeles City, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
