**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Overall Job Purpose**:
Manage manpower requirement, recruitment process, deployment and training of employees.
Create, implement and supervise policies/regulations of the company.
Assist in documentation requirements of Employees when working on-site / field services.
Ensure complete documentation of Employee File, Customer accreditation, Dole requirements, etc.

**General Functions**
- Demonstrate compliance to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Operational Procedure (PGS-OP-009, Human Resource Procedure).
- Demonstrate compliance to the Company's Quality Policy and achieve the target rating of the Quality Objective.
- Maintain documentations and records required by ISO 9001:2015 QMS Procedure.
- Assist / Take part in achieving the target rating of the Quality Objective and Key Performance Indicator of the Human Resource Department (Employee Performance and Training Effectiveness must meet 95% compliance rate).
- Support the Operations department to achieve the quality service to the customer.
- Support the Top Management in implementing and arranging employee welfare and work improvement (Training, Orientations, Seminars, etc.)
- **Payroll** **-** collecting timekeeping information, incorporating a variety of deductions into a periodic payroll and issuing pay and pay related information to employees
- **Compensation and Benefits** **-** Paying the DOLE mandated benefits such as SSS, PAG-IBIG and PHILHEALTH and keep the file number per employee.
- **Employer - Employee Relations** **-** Encourage and provide learning opportunities between employee and employer.
- **Training and Development -** Responsible for setting training for employee success.
- Review Employee's training effectiveness.
- Prepare employee's attendance and coordinate with Accounting.
- Print pay slip and have employee sign;
- Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management;
- Managing filing systems;

**Other Functions**
- Responsible in filling the company and employee profile.
- Assist/fulfil the needs of management when creating a new rule or policy in the company (if any).
**JOB SPECIFICATION **(Minimum Qualifications)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Psychology
**Training / Experience**:
- At least 2-3 years experience in Human Resource
**Skill/s**:
- Good writing skills
- Good listener helps employees
- Manage conflict
- Manage information and documents
