Duties and Responsibilities:
• ADMINISTRATIVE DUTY: Prepares and submits monthly HR report update to the Executive Team about Recruitment/Hiring Updates, Attrition, and Training, Performance achievements, 201 file of the employee and Statutory update. Making sure that all clerical duties such as filing of documents are well sorted.
• RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT EFFECTIVENESS: Gather a sufficient count of candidates that will secure a high yield rate in hiring, based on previous statistical bases, and strategic implementation of recruitment activities.
• MANPOWER REQUIREMENT MONITORING: Ensures up to date status of manpower deployed in the distribution operations.
• COMMUNICATION: Communicates ideas and information clearly and credibly; listen with empathy; and report activities orally and in writing.
• DECISION MAKING/ PROBLEM SOLVING: Measures effectiveness in understanding problems and making timely practical decisions.
• TRAINING CONTACTS: Ensures that all employees are being provided for with regular training contacts from their immediate superiors, thus enabling them to perform and achieve their objectives consistently.
• TRAINING FEEDBACK: Identifies valid issues and concerns in improving training practices and strategies that will help build a continuous learning environment.
• PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: Keeps track of the team –by- team performance on a regular basis; identifying the opportunities and support needed to improve their productivity, in contribution to the overall organizational achievements.
• HANDBOOK IMPLEMENTATION & EXECUTION: Should know the handbook by heart and mind. Must ensure that implementation of company policies and procedures are important as they provide structure, control, consistency, fairness, and reasonableness. They also confirm compliance with employment regulation and inform employees of their responsibilities and the company's expectation. Must make sure that all employees must be well informed with company's handbook.
• LEADERSHIP: Measures effectiveness in Communication by clarity through written and verbal. Coordination that provides relevant information to parties and conducts follow through. Motivation which manages, appraises, develops and energize people towards achieving results by fair judgment and discipline. Lastly Creativity/ Initiative/Innovation in order to develop ideas and programs that can assist the continuous growth of the employee's knowledge, skills and abilities.
