Responsibilities: Lead and scale bank HR teamDeliver precise and compliant HR operations in a timely manner and with the highest degree of accuracyHandle Talent Acquisition (end-to-end recruitment) including Onboarding activitiesOversee and check timekeeping reports and payroll register (semi-monthly) prepared by the HR Specialist prior to submission for approval of CEO and CFOBe accountable for HR processes such as talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, culture and engagement initiatives that drive a high performing teamWork with department managers across the business on recruitment, performance management, organizational design, employee engagement, rewards- and workforce planningCoach and advise people managers on the full spectrum of employee relations issues across different departmentsFile various requests in the OA system for approval of local and HQ (Administrative, Human Resources, and Finance-related)Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiativesDesign new policies and deliver on business-critical HR related projects Qualification Requirements: Degree qualifiedHR experience leading initiatives across within a technology businessPeople management experienceExperience in business partnering with senior stakeholdersA good balance between leading and executing, in this role you will need to be hands-on involved in the daily HR routines, tooAble to leverage data to make informed decisionsFluent in business English (written and spoken)Self motivated, organized, accurate, confident, authentic, results-orientated, open-minded, enthusiastic and energetic
