1. Ensure adequate quality head count with consciousness of our Operating Budget
2. Ensure Compliance of ALL to Asiaphil Core Values ( and core skills )

Reporting to : 
1. CEO
Conditions :
1. required to render 6 days x 8 hours of work weekly for a total of 48 hours. 
2. Can be based in Pampanga, NCR, Batangas, Cebu, CDO, Davao
3. Preferably of good physical health 
4. with NBI clearance
Compensation Offer : 
1. Guaranteed 13.5 months salary
2. Variable 2.0 months bonus scheme
3. Will be provided tools needed to achieve goals : SIM card with unlimited data and call
