Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree related and relevant to the job Has experience in IT Industry Has at least 3 years experience as HR Lead or 1 year minimum experience as HR Manager Has acquired basic knowledge of software development company processes Possess leadership qualities and can lead and manage the HR Department Must have an experience in handling Employee Engagement, Labor Laws, Gov't Mandated Benefits, Attrition and Retention Strategies, HR Analytics Has excellent communication skills and can relate well to people at all levels of the organization with good interpersonal skills With strong attention to detail, decision making, planning, and facilitation skills Applicant must be willing to work onsite located in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City Proficient in Computer operations
