Human Resource Intern

The intern will be assigned in the Solutions and Services area of PASIA Shared Services. The Solutions and Services area augments the company's clients in terms of master data coding & standardization, supplier assessment, eBidding, and other activities. The intern will be tasked to support these areas throughout their internship program.JOB ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES- Sourcing for Managers, Directors, CEOs... (Executive Search) and rank and file positions- Job Posting- Screen resumes and application forms- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates- Conducts Phone Interviews- Set an Interview schedules with the Lead- Assist CEO with the Interviews in coordination with the HR Lead- Prepare HR-related reports as needed- Compile Confidential Documents in coordination with the HR Lead- Assists to the HR Lead on sourcing and recruitment- Orient new onboard interns - Creates e-banners (if needed)
