is currently looking for a

HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) OFFICER

Duties and responsibilities:
Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.

Orientating new employees and training existing employees.

Monitoring employee performance.

Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.

Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.

Implementing systematic staff development procedures.

Providing counseling on policies and procedures.

Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.

Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.

Ensuring accurate and proper

record-keeping of employee information.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration major in Human Resource Management, or any related field

With relevant HR experience

With excellent knowledge in HR functions such as but not limited to recruitment, training & development, and compensation & benefits

Good understanding of labor laws

Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solver

Good decision-making skills

Strong ethical standards

Can work under pressure with less supervision

Willing to multi-task and render overtime work when needed

Able start ASAP


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
