His/Her job role is to plans, organizes, manages and controls all activities related to the administrative, employment, benefits, employee relations, personnel policies implementation, record maintenance and general human resources services of the company. Ensures the effective and efficient implementation of all areas of HR functions & activities according to operating policies and guidelines. Timely and efficient timekeeping and accurate payroll processing for all personnel. Monitor the enforcement of company policies and implementation of appropriate actions to be taken for non-compliance. Facilitates and coordinates with Business Unit the administrative processing of disciplinary cases. Leads in various employee relation activities to develop company culture and motivate personnel. Ensures the accurate processing of employee benefits. Ensures the timely recruitment and deployment of personnel according to the approved lead time. Manages manpower plantilla of the company and coordinates with the different sections/departments to ensure productivity. Facilitates, coordinates or conducts basic training. Sees to it that all employees under his/her supervision are operating efficiently, effectively and harmoniously. Continuously trains supervisor and staff to properly manage performance and maintain required service levels. Ensures that direct subordinates are motivated and developed into high performing teams. Sees to it the career development of subordinates through appropriate training & development programs and timely feedback. Maintains the employee discipline and morale within the department. Directly evaluates performance of immediate subordinates (supervisors) and monitors performance of fresh staff. Recommends and/or provides necessary training to improve performance. College graduate: Business Management, Psychology, Legal Management or other related courses. At least 4 years working experience preferably as HR Head/Manager in services, manufacturing or construction firm. Team Player. Good leadership and organizational skills. Hands-on / detail-conscious management style. Computer Literate. Good in oral and written communication skills. Can work under pressure. Good communication, planning skills and presentation.
