Human Resource Head

Oversees various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance. The HR Manager ensures a positive work environment, drives high performance through effective management practices, and fosters continuous improvement within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities: Formulate and execute HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.Guide the HR team in forecasting and fulfilling workforce requirements.Design and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees.Manage performance evaluation systems to encourage high performance.Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.Manage office facilities, supplies, and administrative services.Develop and implement policies to mitigate organizational risks.Lead and mentor the HR and Administrative team. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or any related fieldwith 5 years of progressive HR experienceProven leadership role within HR and administrationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in HRIS and other relevant softwareKnowledgeable of employment laws and regulationsAmenable to work in Mandurriao, Iloilo
