Human Resource Generalist

The Human Resource Generalist will have a multifaceted role, engaging in diverse HR responsibilities.
This includes managing the onboarding and offboarding processes, overseeing employee benefits, leaves, and timekeeping to maintain updated and confidential employee records.
The role also encompasses administrative tasks and involvement in associate-level recruitment.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
• Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance/HMO enrollment and deletion.
• Handles government reports such as SSS, Pagibig, and Philhealth, as monthly contribution and employee statutory benefits payments (loan payments), including monthly statutory deductions.
• Responsible for employee semi-monthly payroll, monetary benefits payout, and last pay processing.
• Oversee benefits enrollment and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
• Manage employee leave requests and records.
• Ensure accuracy in time-keeping procedures.
• Payroll preparation

Recruitment:
• Coordinate and actively engage in the recruitment process, encompassing tasks such as job posting, screening, conducting initial interviews, and managing the onboarding offboarding processes for all positions.
• Maintain and update employee records and recruitment database.
• Oversee the creation and posting of job vacancies on various job boards and company websites.
• Supervise the collection of necessary onboarding documents and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
HR Administrative
• Maintains the confidentiality of files and updates data/records in HR, including the 201 file.
• Organizes and manages HR documentation efficiently.
• Offers support to employees on various HR-related topics, including leaves, compensation, and operational queries.
• This role requires bi-monthly on-site reporting.
• Monitor compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee the distribution of HR policies and updates to employees.
• Enforce documentation and record-keeping standards and protocols.
Employee Relations-related Activities
1.
Assist in resolving employee conflicts and disputes.
2.
Handle employee grievances and complaints, ensuring fair resolution.
3.
Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
Qualifications
• Completion on a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or BS Psychology or any psychology-related course.
• Has 1 to 2 years of experience as an HR Specialist/Generalist in a comparable position.
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Can work with minimum supervision, work long hours (if necessary), and withstand work pressure
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Proficient in using Excel
• Having experience in using HRIS/HR System is an advantage.
