Job Description • Prepare Training Module for New employee
• Assist new employee: provide uniform, ID, opening of account for payroll & other related matters
• Assist filing/claiming of Insurance to Health care provider & Car Insurance and other related matters
• Prepare memo's / Warning Letter
• Check Overtime & Daily Time Records
• Monitor / sent weekly warehouse improvement
• Daily monitoring of vehicle checklist, tool and equipment's.
• Checking OB gate pass Drivers Delivery slip and etc.
• Preparation of P.O. Gasoline- Shell & UMPI
• Monthly report sending Expiration listing, Vehicles Maintenance
• Monitoring, Work Schedule per month, Working Schedule
• Payroll management
• Hotel and Restaurant Reservation
• Key Keeper
• Monitoring Office Supplies
• Preparation of P.O office supplies and other equipment's.
• CCTV Monitoring
• Company Policy
• Company calendar generation
• Other Related Matters
• For accounting matters: Prepare Petty Cash Voucher and Liquidation & Prepare payment voucher
Qualifications Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management,Psychology or equivalent.
- Must be proficient in both oral and written communication
- Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization
- Must be computer literate and has a working knowledge in various PC based software
- Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently on assigned duties
- Preferably with at least 1- 2 years of experience
- Preferably stay nearby the Calamba City,Laguna. English Level Business
